The S.S.P Stainless Steel External Maglock is a locking device that consists electromagnet and an armarture plate. It is suitable for outdoor gates due to its weatherproof construction and attachment for connection to conduit, suitable for 12V or 24VDC operation.

This Maglock can contain a holding force of upto 545 kg (1,200 lbs), ideal for pedestrian and automatic gates. It compares well with that of conventional door locks and they cost less than conventional light bulbs to operate.
